Pollution is a more than relevant theme given the critical situation our planet is in today. It was important to prepare rigorously to give credibility to this project. The entire set design was created within a framework of collective sorting and recycling. It only took two weeks of sorting to collect all this waste. From the background to the foreground, every piece of paper and plastic was carefully stored until the time of the shoot. The conclusion is that it is difficult to consume without ending up with a little piece of plastic in your hands, plastic that we buy and then throw away. So, where can we find beauty in that? Our desire was to evoke an emotion from this method of consumption. Creating this dramatic scene, almost like it was set on a theater stage, this allegory is highlighted under a spotlight, seemingly addressing an audience. The audience facing a play is the same as the one facing the world's situation. Maybe what's happening on stage isn't real? The dramatized violence, the tears or the joy, everything is acted. And if the situation were to deteriorate, as spectators, should we react? Or simply watch and wait for someone else to calm the situation?
